​​​​​​​​​​To determine when you child can commence their preparatory year, view the information published on the Department's website.

Enrolment procedure

  • Contact us to make an appointment with the Principal
  • Please bring the following documents with you to the enrolment meeting
  1. Birth certificate or Statutory Declaration if Birth certificate is unavailable (may bring in the original and we will photocopy it)
  2. Specialist letters (if any) are required for con​​sideration of support in our Special Education Program
  • The following forms must be filled in for enrolment
  1. Enrolment form (PDF, 327KB) (must be completed prior to meeting with the Principal)
  2. Third Party Consent form (PDF 165KB)​​
  3. State School Consent Form (PDF, 261​KB)​
  4. Enrolment agreement form (PDF, 192​KB)
